Custom-fit mouthguards run $65 to $95. Essential Guard $65, Grapple Guard $90, Chaos Guard $95, and the EasyFit boil-and-bite guard is $30. Every price includes the complete 3-step tracked logistics loop: outbound high-precision VPS impression kit, prepaid return mailer to Tacoma, and final tracked delivery of your finished guard in a protective case, backed by our Perfect Fit Guarantee: if it doesn't fit right, pay $15 remake shipping and we adjust or remake it. There is no shipping fee added at checkout, and a second guard pressed from the same impression is $10 off. You can capture your bite two ways. We ship a VPS putty impression kit within 48 hours; it has 2 minutes of working time and a 3-minute in-mouth setting time after insertion. Or mail an existing custom-fit mouthguard or stone cast. Both routes include prepaid return postage.
Custom production takes 3–5 business days after a usable impression arrives, excluding carrier transit. Shipping time varies by customer address.
